The Tado Professional App must be updated swiftly to inform both V3 and X compatibility

That app is well out of date.
- We are facing a lot of enquiries about boilers and thermostats which arent identified in the app.
- The app needs urgent attention to declare properly the configuration settings to be considered:
- with both the V series and the X series given that their behaviour is not identical
- their compatibility span is not always identical and this creates problems for end users.
- Where tech support would recommend another non-Tado interface module placed, eg to enable Openthem there needs to be a marker placed, so installers are made aware.

In general, tado°'s preference is to have customers / would-be customers confirm compatibility with support agents.0 -
There is a Catch 22 isnt there?
That app is meant reduces the need for professionals and those on this forum to reduce pressure on pre sales and support teams.
Unfortunately @Emcee if the intention is to direct everybody to support, away from the app, the forums enquiry stars may reveal that there is a benefit in that app being used to assist end users (new users and existing users) who need to know more about their boilers and the options in benefiting from Tado products ...
