(Junkers Cerapur Smart) to HTBus following instructions from the App

Installed system at home everything looks fine in the app but the boiler doesn’t turn on when it’s activated in the app. Yesterday a technician came to check the boiler and radiators are working fine, but Tado doesn’t turn on the heating system. The installation made was to the HT Bus prt (BB) following instructions but it’s not working. Do I need to plug those cable in the LA and LR from the boiler ? What do I need to do ? I have been try in contact Tado in many different ways and I got any answer.
