ATAG Q-Series Q38S - zonal Floor heating + hot water tank control

Hello, I am trying to find out if TADO can zonally control my floor heating system?

My floor heating is setup to be controlled this way but is not currently Whole house is either on or off via a wired thermostat. I also would like to know if the TADO can control the time schedule on the attached hot water tank? The ATAG (Q38S) boiler does not have opentherm so I know this is an issue for thermostats like the Nest for watertank control.
