Radiators not heating to required temperature
In the Tado app the temperature in the room is showing as 16.5 degrees but the desired temperature is 18 degrees, can anyone think of a reason why my radiators are not on. The boiler is working as the radiators we’re on earlier and the hot water was on. They have smart thermostats, many thanks

I believe there is an option in the application that allows for a positive or negative offset in the situation where readings are wrong or not as expected.
Could be just down to the the area where the sensor is, it might be getting an incorrect reading due to latent heat in the area.
so if you are wanting 18 Deg for the room and getting 16.5, if I am right, you need to set the app to a negative -1.5 or even -2.0 If I have read it correctly.
That should tell the application that its reading UNDER.
