Tado calling for heat, boiler not firing

Hello,
I’ve had my Tado installed for around a year now. This evening after having an electrician in working on items not connected to Tado or the boiler, I stopped getting any heat. The boiler is powered on along with all Tado accessories without issues.
When I request heat, I hear the Tado “tick” but there’s nothing from the Biasi boiler.
The OLD thermostat is still wired in but has always been set to minimum.
Has anyone had the same happen? Is there an issue with Tado at the minute? All suggestions are welcome!

What happened here was totally my own fault. I was removing wall tiles, causing an internal Tado piece to come loose. After removing the faceplate from the wall, this piece fell out. I plugged it back in securely, put the faceplate back on and now I have life again!0
