Wireless underfloor heating control with non-thermostatic valves.

I have a wireless starter kit and thermostat all working with the boiler.

We have underfloor heating around the whole home with 16 valves over two manafolds, one upstairs and one downstairs. Upstairs we are happy to keep as one zone, but downstairs we would like to split into at least three zones.

I now understand the Tado radiator thermostat value only work with thermostatic values. What are my potions in this case to control manual valves, wirelessly, and still compatable with the rest of the Tado system? Or, do I need to have thermostatic type values installed?

Is Tado compatible with Plugwise activators for example?
