Multiple Thermostats and extension opentherm connections

Simple question hopefully
I have a set up where the customer would like boiler Modulation on a valiant boiler,
They currently have it wired as 3 zones (up rads down rads and UFH) they have zone valves on each and the UFH has blend and pump (pump connected on the zone valve live off the tado stat) with a wireless extender enabling the hot water,
Can I convert it to opentherm and connect all to the opentherm and let the blend on the UFH manifold dilute temperature as it will be too high.
What would happen with the zone valves? As they wouldn’t have a feed from the stats?
