When I try to pair the receiver the WiFi light flashes slowly and doesn't pair

    I had similar problems, and it turned out that the bridge was not set in Pairing mode. So, simply clicking "add device" did not actually activate the pairing mode of the bridge. So, 1) manually activate pairing mode on the bridge and then 2) click add device.

    If still having issues, try pairing at close distance - e.g. same physical room, just to confirm the bridge and receiver can talk to each other before installing the receiver in the boiler room.
