Timer system not functioning

Gas engineer had to switch off boiler due to a mains gas leak. Since it has been switched back on the heating comes on at random times and not when it is set to come on.
How can I reset this so it comes on when it is timed to do so?

    Regardless of whether it has been turned off and back on the schedule is triggered by instruction from the Tado cloud. It would only trigger at the time you stated in the schedule.

    It's not by any chance been rewired to use the native boiler timer by the gas engineer by any chance?
