Not all Smart radiator valves are turning on the boiler

Has anyone experienced a case where certain smart radiator valves will call for heat and ultimately switch on the boiler but other certain smart radiator valves won’t call for heat at the wireless receiver (programmer)?

    @barryrogers it's probably worth checking that the zone controller is correctly set for those rooms.

    In the app: Settings - Rooms & Devices - tap the room name and ensure that the zone controller is set to be the wireless receiver.
