TRV’s on two systems

Hi, just installed 12 TRV’s on a Nest x 2 system which is still really handy as it gives me greater control over the house. However, I’m having an extension built which going to have a separate combi boiler and will only have 4 rads and hot water. My question is: will the app allow me to select what TRV’s connect to the Tado boiler control… or will it automatically think all the TRV’s are connected to the boiler? Otherwise, I’ll have to install Nest again with Tado TRV’s as I don’t t think you can have 2 x Bridges on one account? Thanks
