Cold room, high temp on stat
I have a radiator in the hall, which a radiator in a bathroom is tapped off the pipe work just below the thermostat
The problem I’m having is the thermostat is reading a higher temp, when the room is set to 16c, so the thermostat won’t switch on, as it thinks the room is already hot,
I think the pipe feeding the always no bathroom is emitting heat below and giving a false room reading
Would a wireless temperature sensor in the hallway solve this problem, as I could set it to read the room temp from that not the thermostat

@npinks yes - I've done this in a few rooms - makes a big difference to the temperature accuracy1
