Should I open up the non thermostatic valves on the rads with the tado thermostats?

Previously they were balanced so some valves were partially closed to get water to heat all rads e evenly. ?

    Options
    Radiators are balanced by adjusting the lockshields. You should leave the lockshields as they were set when the system was balanced.
    Adjusting the trv side will not affect the distribution if it's balanced correctly in the first place.
