To relay or not to relay

I mean this is quite basic but I'm not sure if I'm missed something. My Tado is all linked up and ready to install and I've hit a wall...my thermostat is ancient. I believe it's a Honeywell t7807a and is wired in with a live, neutral and earth (still in red, black and green/yellow!) And it's connected to a Worcester Greenstar 30CDI conventional which sorts my CH.
My HW is heated seperatley via a solar panel so the boiler has no affect on turning the water on/off etc.
My question is how do I know how to wire it up? There's no guidance for this thermostat online due to its age presumably.
I'm thinking either red to No and black to com or red to + and black to - on the other side but I don't know if it's a relay or not and if it isn't how do I know what code to set the stat to configure to??

Sorry it's a live and switch live not neutral. I don't have a neutral. So I was thinking live to COM and switch live to NO.0
