Does the Tado Smart AC Control V3+ determine air quality?

I'm guessing no, but I'm confused because in the Tado app where the "Air Comfort" tile is it lets you know how the "indoor air" is. This is probably from an external source and a general AQI for my location (though my typical AQI sources for my area begs to differ from what the Tado shows) and my dedicated AQI sensors don't really match the Tado app.

Or is the indoor air perhaps determined by the temperature and humidity measured by the Tado hardware?
