Return to previous state at end of Manual Control session

If a Manual session is set and everything was set to off previously then at the end of the Manual session then it should all switch back to being off rather than switching to Smart Schedule.

This currently seems like a major oversight and is misleading to users as it does not do as people would expect it to work.

If the Smart Schedule is on and you manually set an override then yes it should revert back to the schedule.

If the Smart Schedule is off and you manually set an override then it should revert to its off state.

Basically it should revert to whatever the previous state was.

This really is not a feature that we should have to request / vote on. Surely this is how it should work at the most basic level.

    I was about to post an identical article but this one is precisely the issue I wanted to report. It is several years old. Has anything progressed in the meantime?
