Only installed for 10 days will be removing as the cost for the system and it has a mind of its own it loses contact then leaves the heating on think the internet bridge is not fit for the job

    Perhaps the collective here can help before you go to the hassle of removal

    What boiler? Modulating or not?

    What Tado equipment have you installed?

    What are the distances from the bridge like in your property? Have you tried moving the bridge?

    What's the internal wall construction?

    I've had Tado (7 TRVs plus extension kit for HW) for 2.5 years and it's performed really well. The system behaviour could seem odd at times but with experience, I realise that it's behaviour makes sense. I also think that the various firmware updates have improved it. However, my property is a small, 3 bed, 14 year old timber framed build with plasterboard internal walls. Plenty of folk have had issues in larger, older, stone properties and the lack of mesh connectivity or bridge extender is a major problem for them
