VA01 Smart Radiator Thermostats I have 4 of this in my home.

I have next problem:

When I turn the manual control rosette to the right, the temperature drops from 25 to off
When I turn the manual control rosette to the left, the temperature rise from off to 25
Three have this problems and one no.
It is normal this problem?
