Tado bridge and connectivity

I have bought a Tado wireless starter kit and 14 radiator thermostat, I haven’t been able to get them all to connect to the bridge, is there a extension to help with the signal ? If not can I get my money back it’s a big expense for something that’s doesn’t work as it should ?

This is one of Tado’s biggest issues. You could try moving the bridge to a Wi-Fi extender if you have one.0

I’ve done that but it takes the signal from another part of the house, do they have a signal booster or a mesh system? Or are they working on one ?0

@nickyclarke it's a common issue with the single bridge - no option for a mesh network. There's a few posts on this forum where users have had success by mounting the bridge vertically and using a sheet of metal to direct the radio waves towards the devices.
I seem to remember someone else had success by mounting the bridge in the attic and then reflecting the signal down towards the rooms.
