Thermostat stopped responding to app

Hi all. My thermostat has stopped responding to the app. I’ve also tried to increase the temp manually in the thermostat but my boiler still is having none of it. I’ve got a plumber coming out tomorrow but I’m thinking since the thermostat seems to be playing up it might be that.
The app does show the thermostat as being connected. Any ideas? Cheers

    A bit more info. Every time I try to set the temp manually it’s showing the normal (app setting) temp as 14 degree while the app shows the requested temp set to 16. I’m trying to bump temp up to 23 (inside now is 21) to get hot water. It’s a convoluted way to do it but since a change a while ago it’s the only way I’ve worked out without having my radiators blasting. Cheers

    Hi all. So yet more info. There was a small issue with the boiler but that’s now fixed but the app on phone or web still doesn’t change the temp on the room thermostat but does change radiator temp. I’m hoping this doesn’t mean a new room thermostat but think it might be. I will logs call with Tado.
