Major Outage warning

Been a while since I've posted on here. Being the warmer months I didn't really have my central heating at the forefront of my mind so stepped away from here for a while, however the service status email I received this afternoon woke me from my slumber...

I suggest anyone who hasn't already, that you visit status.tado.com and hit the subscribe button. You'll then be notified as tado starts to fix the major outage they're currently experiencing.

The affect of this is that your devices will keep appearing as offline and your schedules are unlikely to work.

Unusually this one seems to have been going on for a few hours already... Hopefully they get it resolved soon.

    Ah, so that’s what it is. I thought it might be my network. Half the system is visible, half isn’t.
