I've had no issues in the last 5 years, changed my phone 3 years ago and everything was still working.
Changed my phone yesterday and it won't add any devices.
It's scans them and finds them but won't add them...

    Suggest trying again today as there was a small outage yesterday.

    Just got a resolution email not long ago. Might be worth trying again

    Just to check though, you should just be logging back into the app if you've changed your phone. No need to add devices as the existing setup should just re-appear on the app

  • Just logged back in and still no devices so I think it's time to send them an email too....
