Rads heating on their own

so I have just tried to turn on the heating in one room, the TRV is connected in the app but has some blinking lines on the TRV, turned on in the app but it didnt call the boiler, I guess there is a communication issue between the TRV and the network interface and for some other reason the app isnt sending/updating

I also have just noticed more rooms going offline like last night during the Tado outage

my main issue is that in another room the TRV opens on its own, I have recalibrated it a few times, its connected, it blinks "HI" the pin in the valve body seems fine, when I recalibrate I can hear it closing but as I run other rads this seems to open. its in its own room, own zone etc

so can these default back to another state if the connection is broken or network is down? can I default them to all close on such issues?
