Tado thermostat works but heat not coming

We have remeha tzerra ace 39c cv ketel,we have wired  thermoset (v3+) installed recently all the radiator knobs are connected and working fine,hot water works at home but not heating. Can you please let us know how we can fix this and also if we have to reconnect again everything can you please provide the steps.
