Tado Install - Rf205 - Boiler Switching Off

Evening everyone!
Just wondering if anyone could help me.
Installed a wireless V3+ the other day. Install seemed straight forward enough and I have revisited the instructions to double check I did it right.
But now....my central heating keeps switching off, which means clambering up into the loft to reset the boiler. Central heating turns on and then same again, switches off.
Now, this might be coincidental and something up with the boiler but it was working OK last week.
Anyone have any suggestions??

You can post pictures of your wiring if you go to the desktop version of the forum. Sounds like you did, but just to check did you follow Tado’s set up instructions? The wireless receiver could also be set wrongly.0
