Wireless receiver, UFH complete failures

I've had tado for a number of years, we've just recently put UFH in.
Unfortunately, during the renovation we lost the backing plate of the old extension kit.
So replaced it with a wireless extension kit... Not so wireless...
I've had an issue with the boiler cycling because the heat output required is far less than the UFH can take. So I've turned the boiler down and ensure the flow is the correct temperature for the UFH.
However, the wireless receiver still keeps clicking the hearing on and off, even though none of the rooms are up to temperature.
So for example I've two rooms showing as "heating" and way below the desired temperature but the wireless receiver is showing nothing about calling for heat and the boiler is off.
I also have the inverse of this problem. All rooms off, boiler still calling for heat. I though that might be the hot water, but turned that off.
