Cannot stop our heating coming on with the water, only way to stop it is to switch off water

    No it was fitted last year, but trying to get hold of some one in support online is impossible. The chat line is useless & with no phone number it’s so frustrating !

    Perhaps the zone valve for the heating is stuck and allowing flow to the rads when hot water is on?

    Can be common to have issues of the heating hasn't run for a while

    In order to help, please provide more information on the heating system, controls, etc. I

    As already mentioned, a typical fault is a stuck heating valve, either the motor head or the valve itself.
