Hi all,

Support from tado chat is diabolical.

Would someone be able to confirm what the six digit Part Number / Model number is for the *most recent version* of the 'Smart Radiator Thermostat Quattro Pack'?

Amazon is saying Part Number 104043 has been superseded: "There is a newer model of this item available".

There is definitely confusion about whether the 6 digit number is called a "Part Number" or a "Model number".

Thanks.

BTW: it's rubbish that the tado website does not list them as part of the specs.

    Is the newer version cheaper? As far as I can tell those thermostats are fine.

    I think it's a fib that there's a newer version - because it takes you to a triple pack with a slightly different "model number" that's clearly Amazon-specific as it has "AZ" in the middle.
