Hi, has anyone found that when selecting your home address, you can press the blue arrow and Tado correctly identifies my location. However, as soon as I press accept, the map shifts about 2 miles away?

    We have not found anything strange with the Tado geo-fencing. That said, there are lots of potential reasons why Location Based Services don't follow corrrectly on a mobile phone, tablet or PC. 1. Incorrect 'Settings'. 2. Accuracy could affected by: 2a. Lack of sight of enough GPS satellites in your building (GPS is a weak signal which a building could shield). 2b. Location could be picked from your broadband/wifi (an IP address) which could give very odd local results where this is assigned via the broadband kit in your local exchange. 2c. Triangulation of the phone masts.

    To start to look into what is happening: e.g. on a iPhone, suggest you look at maps (Apple or Google), or use the 'find my' app for your device or people.
