Boiler not switching off.

Hello, the v3 wired thermostat was installed today, no radiator thermostats just yet. App connected no problems the thermostat accepts my temperature changes, but when switched off via the app, showing on thermostat as off the boiler is still going heating the radiators and I have to switch the boiler off! Any ideas appreciated, thanks.

    Have you wired for relay mode or digital bus?

    Relay mode is simply switching the Live on and off. The boiler permanently on will be caused by the wiring being permanently Live. So quite likely that your setup is mis-wired.
