Notify TRV may not be seated correctly

I failed to correctly refit a trv following some decorating. Since by default (pin up) means valve open, the radiator would get hot when tado was set to be off. Tado should be able to identify the increase in temp repeatedly/consistently coinciding with the central heating being active when trv is set to be off. This should notify as possible incorrect seating of trv.
