Hi, I have just replaced my tado bridge, but after nearly 3 hours it is still showing as unfinished installation, I have pressed the continue Installation button but still not complete, cannot remove device to restart Installation, any ideas anyone?

    Same issue. Did you manage to get a fix for it? No help in the help centre, so hoping to get a resolution via the messaging service.
