Can I install tado smart thermostat on this radiator?
Hi,
I've manage to install dozen of thermostats on radiators without any problems in most of the rooms in my home.
However I have issue with two bathrooms. I can attach thermostat to radiator using only this basic plate that was in the box, however is does not work well.
Usually it works for some time, but later on it start this strange sound like something is hard hitting the radiator - kind of repeating "dada dada" - I assume, that thermostat tries to adjust the pressure on the valve and something goes wrong.
Can anyone advise please what should I use to install thermostat to this valve, as on the picture below? Something that is in the box with thermostat, something that I have to buy and use?

You can buy adaptor s on Amazon for different valves. I had Danfoss radiator valves and I bought adaptors to make them work with the Tado trv
The brand I bought were Heimeier, about 12 euro on Amazon.
I can't tell from your photo if your valves are Danfoss but maybe you can do a Google image search.0 -

Not sure but it could be Herz or similar. So adapter should be in the box. Will check.

Hey man did you get this working? I'm losing my mind, I've tried every adapter and the only one that fits is m28 x 1 but I consistently get E4 errors!0
