Tado not working

I have thermostats in my whole house.

The app states the heating is on but nothing works. The radiators are cold.

I'm so fed up of this.

    Same. For me it appears to be the daytime time block in my Smart Schedules just stops working when I get home. It starts to preheat the house before I get home and all the heating works overnight in the other time blocks, just the ones I really won't don't work. Getting really irritating.

    Same for me and the support on here is awful. I managed to speak to someone on the phone yesterday but they don't want to talk to you and I get 1 email a day with stupid instructions of how to fix and nothing is getting solved all the while I am freezing!!

    Tado valves do not open gradually!
    A very good phone app - valves inferior to cheaper Chinese brothers...
    The internal software of the valves is to be blamed ver. 54.12
