Are Tado servers offline? Cloud led keeps blinking. Disconnected the Bridge and connecting back doesn’t help.

It’s several hours offline now.


  • Check your router is connected to the Internet......
  • It’s connected. First thing I checked.
  • Never had any issues. Using this for years now. Today I decided to login to this community with my.tado credentials and this happens.

    No connection to the Cloud. Cloud led keeps blinking and seems nothing can fix it.

  • Mmmmm.... I'm seeing issues and logging into the online config also, it says my login details are incorrect 🙄
  • Contacted support and they said it was a known issue and wait for an app update later today.

    Just updated and everything is back to normal 😁
