Error Lights on Smart Thermostat (wireless)

Anyone seen this set of error lights (they are dots incidentally!)

Wireless unit being a complete trumpet - Can still set temperature on the device via app etc so it's in communication - but the sensed temperate is 'stuck'


Google hasnt helped sadly

    Have you tried resetting it or taking the batteries out? That’s all I can think of.

    Yep both tried unfortunately - bit annoying (!)
