TRV extension spindles

I have existing TRVs that require extension spindles to be fitted but I can't see any means of keeping these co-axial with the valve. A simple bush is all that is required but are not in the adaptor kit. Anyone?

    We have used a long plastic pin, with the plastic adapter, for an older Drayton trv. The fitting was not obvious, a bit of trial and error to figure out what/how to use. Which make/model of trv are you trying to adapt for the Tado srv?
