ThermaQ thermostat wiring help
Hi all,
A few days ago I took delivery of the Wired starter kit to replace one of my two thermostats (with a view to replacing the other one later) but found that my ThermaQ TQX0073 does not have instructions in the app. I haven't heard back from Tado support yet but I am getting impatient and want to play with my new "toy" :)
Having a look at how others have wired their thermostats with similar wiring I am pretty sure I should be doing the following;
L (1) -> COM
N (2) -> P1 (or P2 or P3)
N/O (5) -> NO
(Existing Thermostat -> Tado)
Is that correct or am I about to blow a fuse and/or Tado?
Thanks in advance

It sounds correct. There are generic instructions here https://cdn.brandfolder.io/607DGEMS/as/7k4rssnm8hbmr6mjf94qmck/104210-DIGITAL-ST01IB01-INSTALLER_MANUAL-TA-EN-00-V3.pdf1

Thanks for confirming, and for the professional installer manual link.
It does appear to be working now with it wired as I said above (confirmed by the 230V relay diagram in your link), at least it turns on the heating when I crank it up, and turns it off again when I turn it down.
Fingers crossed the schedule etc works, but I don't see why it wouldn't!
Thanks again
