Neostat 12v Wired Thermostat Wiring
Hi experts, I have a UFH manifold by Heatmiser, with 12V Neostat v2 thermostats that I'm trying to swap for Tado ones.
I followed the guide but it looks like the thermostat calls for heat all the time.

Managed to wire mine straight in using the instructions, no issues. However I had a messed up setup that was on 240v and shouldn’t have been, and I had a different model of stat. It’s now all on 12v. I can’t get a picture right now, but I will be able to send one after Christmas. I think, from memory, you need to connect the live (brown, 12v) wire to the common, instead of your green. If it blows up please don’t blame me haha. But should be fine as it’s all 12v.0

Looking at the manual for neostat the green and orange are volt free, which is why you might need to put the live in instead of green, to operate the Tado switch itself. I am in no way a heating engineer so just going based on what limited stuff I’ve seen and recall from my own.0
