Danfoss RAS C2 TRV Bodies Compatibility

Can I ask if anyone is still having issues with getting flow through SRVs when boiler is called. Have spent a considerable time with support getting valves opened and delaying boiler calls. If you have issues what type of valve do you have? I have new Danfoss RAS C2 and I understand that other systems have had to update firmware to cope with these. Tado seem to be struggling.


So how many have the issue with Tado and how many are using new Danfoss RAS C2 valves. Note the adapter is in the box but guess the adapter is now a little short given the valve update.

    Tado don't show new fitting instructions for the Danfoss RAS-C2 valve body on You Tube, only the previous generation of valves. I had mess around making changes to the adapter supplied. Went on Tado chat bot and they don't seem to understand that there is difference between these the new generation of Danfoss RAS-C2 valve body. Completely left by Tado to sort the problem out myself. Very unprofessional.
