Tado thermostat doesn't response sometimes or set temperature on 25C.

Hello,

Our Tado thermostat , hanging for al least 4 years, doesn't response very well.

If we press the button, it displayes the temperature but then the button on the thermostat doesn't response.

And if it response, it increase the temperatur directly to 25 C (from18 of 19C in steps, it looks like someone keep pressing the button).

I have reset the thermo and internet bridge, but without success.

    Sounds like it’s not working properly. I would contact Tado support.
