strv offline in the app

Hi so no battery warning just reported offline after working okay for the last month or so, so i tried to reset it by taking the batteries out for 10 seconds refitting them for a minute and refitting the head nothing. so tested the batteries and showing 1.48v on both so tried again and still nothing so pop in a pair of eneloops that are fully charged and still the same. now i notice that what ever i try there is no display on the head. Anything else i can try ?

    If you’re saying nothing is happening with fully charged batteries in it sounds like the trv is faulty.

    Yes totally blank display and nothing in the app, so after going out and back in a few hours later I took the head off and gave it a thump into the palm of my hand and it came back to life so looks like I will have to keep an eye on it
