Combi Boiler or not so that TADO setup is most efficient

Being in germany the setups apparently are different - im not sure the rules on whether they have to have condensing boilers or not. I have Buderus (Bosch) Logamax U154-24K which i think is an older (but how old i dont know) combi boiler. The clues as to whether its condensing or not dont appear to be there.
I have no PVC outflow pipe as my outflow goes into a house chimney (1900s building). The attached photo shows no other outflow.
The advert for the boiler says it is 78% efficient whereas i thought condensing boilers were far more efficient.
Can anyone please identify if this is condensing or not as the installation guide doesn't seem to mention anything and If its not condensing is there any point running the hot water temp lower?
