TRV not working after battery change

Good evening, I had low battery warnings on 4 of my TRV’s. I change 2 successfully but the other 2 are unresponsive following the battery change. Any ideas?

    are the batteries dead? if not return the TRVs - they should at least light up no?

    I've checked the batteries and there good. I'm going to get another pack today and try. I just thought it was odd that two went at once.
