One device makes room go offine?

So I have a room in our commercial building with 7 radiator thermostats and one wireless controller for that space. Once in a while one of the radiators will lose connectivity diabling access to the remaining devices via the app. The app tells me the room is offline because one device is offline. Is this normal? Is there a way to disable this so I can still control the room remotely when one single device does not connect?
