TRV Offline - Steps to Improve Connection

I just had my broadband router relocated and immediately the furthest TRV went offline, though my WiFi is OK in most of the house.

Since it is the radiator that is complaining is it my broadband router or the Tado Internet Bridge I need to get closer to the radiator? If it's the Tado Internet Bridge does it have to connect to the router through cables or can it connect to the router wirelessly?

    The bridge has to connect to the router with a cable, a longer ethernet cable might be a solution enabling you to locate the bridge nearer the furthest TRV.

    And am I right that the offline radiator needs to communicate with the bridge not the router? I'm thinking extended cables.

    Yes thats correct, the bridge communicates with Tado radiator valve.
