Unadjustable and restrictive geofencing and resulting account disabling

My wife has a house about 300m from mine which she retreats to for work and other reasons about twice a week.

However if she has Tado account for her house it prevents her from having an account in my house.

I undestand that the geo fencing is the issue but as my car sat name knows where I am within 10m (guaranteed about 5m from normal GPS system) the system should be able to detect that we dont have one gigantic house 300m long.

Is this yet more poorly developed Tado software?

    Yes it is.....your wife will need to use a different email address for her house......otherwise tado° gets confused.

    Thanks for the suggestion. Wife would then have an email account only for Tado.

    Nest manages it fine, just asks which house. I may yet swap back

    To be honest.....if you are still within your warranty period, that's a good solution.
