Hi I have installed tado. When I put heating on and then turn it off from the app it doesn't seem to go off

    There is sometimes a delay but usually only a minute max

    Can you give us some more information on what you've installed (wireless received, smart thermostats, radiator valves etc), what type of system (system or combi boiler; s-plan/y-plan etc)

    Photos of wiring before and after install will also be of assistance
