I have installed device , to a Combi boiler

Followed instructions , step 6 Configuration

Got the Orange light up and confirmed via test button after 5 secs

It will not save + reverts to white light

Tried a few times

Please advise help/remedy

    When you get the orange LED flashing, don't press anything. After about 20 seconds the LED status lot solid orange. After a little more time, it goes white again. This is saved now. You can prove that it saved by just briefly pressing the water heating test button, it should do nothing
