Boiler keeps firing when switched off

My boiler is a Baxi WM382 RS. It keeps firing up even though the tado is timed off. Is there something wrong with the wiring

    Could you provide a picture of the wiring, Did you connect it to Alexa or Google.

    I have taken a pic but I have no idea how to post it to tado. It is not a very helpful pic as the colours bear no resemblance to the ones in the tado instructions. The boiler seems to be permanently connected to the mains and the water and heating seem to be operated by activating the pump and the diverter valve. Before I fitted tado the heating would only work if the water was on too

    Assuming it’s S or Y Plan, it’s usual for the switched live (often orange) from the valve to trigger the boiler. Boilers are generally powered 24/7. Not so common to need HW on to get CH, that’s a bit odd.
